Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation before product download:

Customers may request the cancellation of an order before downloading the purchased plugin. To do so, they must email contact@camilion.eu specifying the order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will review the request, and if it meets the necessary requirements, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellation after product download:

Once the plugin has been downloaded, cancellations are not permitted, as the service is considered completed at the time of download, in accordance with Article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
