Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital products and returns:

Since our products are digital and downloadable, returns are not accepted once the plugin has been downloaded. This policy aligns with consumer regulations that exclude the right of withdrawal for downloaded digital products (Article 103, letter m, of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

2. Defective products or technical issues:

If the downloaded plugin exhibits technical defects or malfunctions, customers may request a review and, if applicable, a correction or replacement at no additional cost. In such cases, customers should email contact@camilion.eu with a detailed description of the issue and the order number.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges caused by a system error. To request a refund, customers must contact us at contact@camilion.eu with the relevant documentation.
